All consultations are done over the phone or via video (our preference). We do not conduct in person consultations as it is how we keep our costs lower and it saves our clients money. If you want a Google Meet consultation we can arrange that easily; simply select Google Meet call choice on the services menu.

Please note that we may not be able to accommodate a Google Meet video call for some appointments but you will be notified if we can’t.

IMPORTANT:
For existing e-Commerce clients, we do monitor your online stores during holidays except on Christmas Day, New Years Day, and our owners birthday (just kidding about the birthday) 😁 If you are an existing e-Commerce client and have an emergency related issue with your website, you have already been provided the contact information for the holiday and after hours access to us.
